The addition of new facilities in Freiburg, Bergamo, and Vilnius marks an exciting milestone in BioPharmaSpec’s journey. Set to open in January 2025, these laboratories will bolster our capacity to deliver discovery and R&D services. They will support the characterization of diverse biopharmaceutical products, including monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, cell and gene therapies, bioactive peptides, and oligonucleotides.
The methods and instrumentation at these facilities include those for HCP-MS (the detection of Host Cell Proteins using mass spectrometry) and the identification and quantitation of other process- and product-related impurities. These analytical services help our clients’ products meet the rigorous safety and efficacy standards essential for regulatory approval.
