In support of MHRA approval for a newly built GMP manufacturing facility, our Client developed and manufactured an Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) in their facility. BioPharmaSpec supported this project by performing a range of higher order structure analyses, with Circular Dichroism (CD), Fourier-Transform InfraRed (FT-IR) and Intrinsic Fluorescence data and results discussed in this poster. Multiple and orthogonal biophysical analytical methods were used to show that the batches tested were highly structurally comparable.
Correct conformation of an ADC’s structure, including primary, secondary and tertiary structure, is critical to ensure the correct functionality and stability of the compound. Learn more about all aspects of ADC structural characterization by visiting our dedicated ADC page.
